This position is based in Kyiv and requires a full-time, on-site commitment.

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the recruiting field.
• English — Intermediate and above (the language of communication within the team).

Responsibilities:

• Managing and supporting candidates at all stages of the selection process, from initial communication to hiring.
• Conducting initial stages of candidate selection, interviews, and screening.
• Managing and administering candidates in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Posting job vacancies, and working with applications.
• Attracting candidates through cold outreach.
• Forming communication chains.
