REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Art Director in game development, with a strong slot portfolio showcasing creative expertise;
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the iGaming market and its visual trends;
- Leadership: Proven experience leading teams of Artists and Animators, as well as managing external agencies;
- Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments;
- Language Proficiency: English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher;
- AI Tools: Experience working with AI-driven creative tools is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Art Style Development: Full-cycle development of game style, from concept to final polishing;
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Close cooperation with product, engineering, and design teams, as well as coordination of outsourced resources;
- Documentation: Creation of detailed design and technical documentation for art asset production;
- Production Management: Establishing and overseeing efficient art production pipelines.
