Project Manager — Web & Digital Projects | Full Remote (вакансія неактивна)

Mediweb is looking for a Middle / Strong Middle Project Manager to join our international team and manage several web and digital projects in parallel.

We are a French digital company working mainly with healthcare and medical businesses. You will coordinate developers, designers and other specialists while managing both a large ongoing digital project and several WordPress websites.

Responsibilities

• Manage several projects simultaneously from planning to delivery;
• Manage tasks, priorities and deadlines in Asana;
• Prepare clear briefs and tasks for developers and designers;
• Coordinate developers, designers and other project participants;
• Track progress, deadlines, dependencies and blockers;
• Communicate with clients by email and keep them updated on project progress;
• Maintain project documentation, procedures and task history;
• Organize priorities and team workload;
• Improve existing workflows and suggest practical solutions;
• Use AI tools for communication, task preparation, documentation and daily project management;
• Gradually take full ownership of assigned projects.

Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Notion or similar tools is welcome.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in IT, web development or a digital agency;
• Experience managing several projects at the same time;
• Good understanding of the website development process;
• Experience with WordPress projects;
• Experience working with developers and designers;
• Strong prioritization and time-management skills;
• Ability to work independently and take ownership;
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach;
• Experience working remotely with distributed teams;
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

French would be a strong advantage, as our clients and management are French-speaking.

If you don’t speak French, you should be comfortable managing written client communication with the support of AI tools when necessary.
