We are happy to announce the opening of a new position at Media Squad — we are looking for a talented Account Manager. The perfect candidate truly understands the customer’s needs. If you are comfortable working with numbers and you are trustworthy in handling confidential information as it crosses your desk, then we invite you to work with us!

We expect from you:

  • To have fluent English.
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, partnership, business development, or related field.
  • Analytical skills that will help in working with partners.
  • Knowledge of the basics of online marketing, understanding of traffic sources and traffic KPI analysis’ methods.
  • To have strong communication skills and desire to negotiate.
  • To have problem-solving skills & learning agility.
  • General knowledge of the IGaming industry.

International background or experience of working and/or communication with US native speakers is a must.

What You Will Do:

  • Qualify incoming prospects to turn them into business opportunities.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relations.
  • Establish, maintain and develop long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Keep our CRM database up-to-date with information on client interactions.
  • Searching and identifying potential clients.
  • Making new deals with the old or new partners.
  • Working closely with other departments to determine the best volumes and types of traffic.
  • Setting tasks to the content team and preparing text promo materials for PR activities.
