Background in computer science, engineering or similar quantitative disciplines
Deep understanding of testing processes and methodologies, test types and test technics
Experience/knowledge in defect report creation/verification with bug-tracking systems
Experience in writing test documentation
Web application manual testing experience (0,5 — 1,5 year)
Proficient in object-oriented design and software design best practices
Basic SQL knowledge
Good spoken and written English (intermediate and higher)

ISTQB certification
Good overall software testing experience
Experience in interaction with customer’s business analysts and gathering of business requirements
