Understanding and working with DNS Servers, VPS, Terminal Services and Remote Desktops, Web Servers (IIS and Apache).
Change management and execution using a structured process, supporting via ticket system/Kanban board (Jira, Confluence).

Problem management for server/service related issues (Windows Server/Centos7).

Alerts configuration, monitoring, detecting, reporting using agreed monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Kibana).
Working quickly and effectively to take action against requests and incidents of escalated issues(PagerDuty, StatusPage).
Chief of Incident management processes.
Flexibility to undertake shifted work patterns to cover a 24×7 environment.
Covering Client Support responsibilities during not-production hours in US.
