— English: Upper intermediate
— Experience in troubleshooting demanding high attention to details.
— Problem management for server and service related issues (Windows Server/Centos7).
— Alerts configuration, monitoring, detecting, reporting using agreed monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Kibana).
— Understanding and working with DNS Servers, VPS, Terminal Services and Remote Desktops, Web Servers (IIS and Apache).
— Experience with JIRA and Confluence. (preferred, not required)
— Good communication skills.
— Ability to work with a large amount of information.
— Serious and responsible attitude.
— Analytical thinking.
— Self-study skills.

— Working with continuous integration systems(Jenkins, Git). (preferred, not required)
— Managing DB’s (MSSQL Server), understanding of Vertica, MongoDB, Mondrian, Hadoop.

— Fixing, reporting, escalating issues according to protocol (instructions)
— Work closely with engineers and other team members to understand complex requirements and troubleshoot issues.
