Your role will involve working shifts as first-line support for our US-based Clients;
Be able to follow the schedule (UA time):
10:00 — 18:00 1 week per month,
16:00 — 24:00 2 weeks per month,
21:00 — 05:00 1 week per month;
Voice and text communication with clients;
User management;
Troubleshooting of client claims and issue escalation.
