Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or Information Security

Windows Systems Administration experience — Windows Server 2012/2016, DHCP, DNS and Active Directory
In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP and communication protocols.
Knowledge of IPSec, GRE tunnels, multicasting and traffic balancing techniques essential.
Familiar with Mikrotik RouterOS Firewalls — threat prevention, URL filtering, and WildFire;
Firm knowledge of Ubiquiti Access point/authentication, and device management technologies
Strong understanding of subnetting and VLANs.
Self-driven, excellent problem solving, research skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience managing/working from a ticket queue (Jira)

University Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other related subjects
Windows Domain environments and End-user and desktop troubleshooting

The Sys Admin’s essential responsibilities are to support all aspects of IT and Information Security infrastructure, including server, laptop, and network administration.
Work directly with Security Operations function to monitor/manage security logs associated with the Palo Alto devices including all modules.
Review and propose rule changes to the firewall to ensure operations VPN’s, firewall contexts, and network address translation (NAT) where appropriate
Plan and conduct complex project studies; includes analyzing multiple data sources and publishing results to the team or to the technical user community
