Junior Product Support and QA

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable individual with advanced or fluent English to join our team at Mealco as a Product Support and QA Specialist. This is a unique opportunity for someone with potential and a strong willingness to learn, even without prior experience. The successful candidate will wear multiple hats and play a vital role in internal support, product expertise, administration, and quality assurance.

Ideal for those early in their career, this entry-level position offers a chance to gain valuable experience and grow within the company. Please note that this role requires evening shifts to accommodate the time zone difference between Eastern Europe and New York.

Required skills and experience

• Advanced or fluent English communication skills
• Strong aptitude for learning and quickly mastering new concepts
• Tech-savvy with a strong interest in our product
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for spotting issues and inconsistencies
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members
• Experience or interest in the food and restaurant industry

Responsibilities

• Provide internal support to a team of less tech-savvy users, assisting with product-related issues and inquiries
• Develop expertise in our product to better assist users and improve internal processes
• Manage restaurant administration tasks, such as onboarding new restaurants and overseeing integrations within our network
• Participate in manual QA testing of new features and investigate reported issues
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve product quality and user experience
• Adapt to evolving responsibilities as the role and company grow
• Working in evening shifts to accommodate the time zone difference between Eastern Europe and New York
