We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Head of Sales to lead our Telesales and Underwriting department and drive revenue growth across the board. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with strong analytical thinking, a deep understanding of sales strategy, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams. Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Telesales and Underwriting department by providing guidance, setting targets and providing support to maximize efficiency
- Regularly analyze the market and competitors to identify new opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key company personnel
- Implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual goals
- Regular business travel, conference attendance (with clear objectives, planning, management, reporting)
- Monitor and ensure the effectiveness, timeliness and compliance of the company’s Telesales and Underwriting instructions
- Providing leadership and performance appraisals to department employees to ensure team productivity and professional growth
- Manage employees’ work schedules (weekends, vacations, work trips)
Professional Qualifications:
- Head of Sales, Sales Director experience in one company no less than 3 years, preferably in FINTECH.
- Overall sales experience at least 10 years.
- Experience managing sales teams of 50+ people.
- Experience in entering and working in international markets in B2C
- Proven annual business growth of 50%+, or 100k+ new customers per year
- Experience in any big, well-known international organization
- Experience managing remote teams
- Fluency in English. Additional, Spanish would be an advantage
