MD Finance is a global FinTech leader with a diverse portfolio spanning various financial segments worldwide.

Our core ventures encompass Online Lending, KYC, LaaS (Lending as a Service) platforms, and advanced AdTech solutions. These initiatives are all helmed by our in-house MD Finance expertise.

We are looking for a International lawyer in our team!

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of legal experience with international IT / FinTech company, digital advertising agency or leading law firm (IP / IT department);
• Solid knowledge of IP / IT law, European data protection, compliance regulations, civil and labor law, law of international treaties, banking and finance legal requirements;
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under pressure.
• Strong analytical abilities to identify and resolve legal risks;
• Experience in handling diverse legal issues across jurisdictions;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with stakeholders;
• Proficient in English for legal drafting and communication with English-speaking colleagues and partners;
• Good research skills in local fintech, regulatory, and tax laws.

In addition to the core qualifications, preferred skills include:

• Understand GDPR, AML, Compliance, and Intellectual Property laws;
• Experience with EU-based regulators and state authorities;
• Apply practical business judgment to legal matters;
• Analyze potential legal risks in operational jurisdictions;
• Implement and ensure legal compliance, keeping up with regulatory requirements;
• Draft and revise contracts, agreements and legal documents;
• Collaborate with external legal partners effectively;
• Assist in various legal needs across departments and countries;
• Communicate with partners, audit firms, and service providers globally.

Responsibilities:

• Contracts review, approval, and negotiations (e.g. service agreements, employment contracts, licenses, marketing/advertising agreements, NDAs, etc.) across all of MD Finance jurisdictions;
• Drafting of legal documents, including website terms and conditions, privacy and cookie policies, corporate documents etc.;
• Development and implementation of internal policies, including data protection documentation;
• Supporting day-to-day all legal activities and operations of the company;
• Working closely with Heads of all company departments and Country Managers by providing legal support to cover specific business needs of the department or business Units in other countries;
• Implementing legal compliance and making sure all companies are following and up to date with State Regulators and Authorities requirements in the various areas of business operations (data protection, marketing, payments, GDPR, AML).
