— At least 1 year of working experience in IT project management;
— Upper-Intermediate level of English;
— Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects effectively (sets clear goals, identifies roadblocks, designs solutions, and tracks progress against deadlines);
— Ability to prioritise and focus;
— Team management experience;
— Someone who is self-motivated and driven, and has demonstrated a commitment to taking accountability and responsibility for the success of the projects.

— Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
— Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies;
— Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress;
— Backlog management: define product backlog items for the next sprint and release scope; set expectations for the delivery of new functionality; identify and manage project risks to ensure delivery is on time;
— Establish key metrics so progress is transparent and visible to all;
— Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, e.g. burndown charts;
— Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
— Initiate, lead and participate in the continuous improvement process.
