Необходимые навыки

• Excellent written English (Upper-Intermediate and higher);
• Strong written communication skills;
• To be detail-oriented and have a strong sense of responsibility;
• Eagerness and capability to always stay in touch with clients and upper management;
• Efficient time-management skills and agility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Будет плюсом

• Experience in managing freelancing platform accounts (UpWork).
• Tech savviness and a general understanding of IT subject field;
• Experience in direct communication with foreign clients;

Обязанности

• Generate qualified leads mainly through Upwork Agency profile;
• Conduct research on Crunchbase, LinkedIn etc;
• Run both warm and cold leads by elaborating job invitations and submitting proposals for potential jobs;
• Work through & upgrade company sales pipeline along with the Sales Team;
• Run initial negotiations with prospects, identifying clients’ needs while providing clients with excellent communication;
• Collect statistical data and contacts for sales team expertise improvement and future endeavors.
