Maxpay is looking for the highly motivated and qualified Сommercial director.
Maxpay is an international, integrated payment processor providing payment solutions and services for any type of online business. The company focuses on offering consulting services as well as providing technical and legal expertise. Complex approach and ability to fully customize Maxpay solutions to any business needs, allow their clients to promote and sell products all over the world.
The company works with the largest acquirer banks in Europe, USA, Canada, Great Britain and Asia.
Now we are looking for strong and ambitious professional who will lead commercial unit and add value to our growth.

The perfect candidate should have an entrepreneurial mindset and proven successful experience in the following areas: bank’s acquiring department, payment company in international market.

Responsibilities:
— develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals
— conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities
— manage customers relationship (new and existing) to understand their business needs to ensure their needs are being met
— build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
— monitor performance of commercial activities

Requirements:
— experience as commercial director or other relevant role
— experience in sales and/or marketing
— experience with foreign markets (Europe, USA, Asian countries)
— commercial awareness and strategic entrepreneurial mindset
— understanding of market research methods, analysis, key performance metrics, financial processes
— strong interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills
