Obligatory:
• 7 years of experience in the industry of software development
• At least 5 years of experience as a software developer on web projects
• Professional experience with Java, last period of experience with Java 8
• Good Knowledge and practical experience in Spring IoC
• Proficient in designing and implementing API RESTful services.
• Proficiency in modern micro service based architectures and methodologies.
• Knowledge of Software Design Patterns and Enterprise Design Patterns
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Good knowledge REST
• GIT

Would be a plus
• Previous development of backend architecture
• Previous Tech Lead experience
• Experience in trading domain
• Experience with React
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and computing, PaaS, SaaS, Docker or Kubernetes

You will be responsible for:
• Choosing appropriate tools for team usage
• Ensuring solution architecture strategy aligns with business objectives
• Together with DevOps and team leads of other teams, develop the infrastructure solution
• Inter-team collaboration and integration problems
• Lead the Java competence between teams
• Collaborate with CTO, IT Leaders, Architects, and IT partners across the organization from a strategic and tactical perspective to set direction to produce & support quality software solutions
• Research and/or investigate technical issues impacting the organization and recommend solutions.
