• Experience in JavaScript language
• At least one year experience in HTML, CSS, XML
• Experience in API-based integrations (REST, SOAP)
• Knowledge in Relational Databases (MySQL or similar/ equal)
• Order, assertiveness, high self-learning ability, broad system vision
• Base knowledges in www (HTTP, DNS)

• Familiar with ServiceNow — Platform for Automating Business Processes
• At least one year of experience in developing and administering processes in IT Service Management systems (preferably ServiceNow)
• Familiarity with the financial world
• Knowledge in Angular or React JS frameworks
• Experience in Automation of Business Processes
• Writing technical documents: definition of processes and usage scenarios
• Training and support of users in information systems

• Perform ServiceNow implementation tasks such as configuration, integration, server-side and client-side scripting
• Perform requirements gathering, business analysis, technical specifications and solution design for ServiceNow enhancement projects
• Perform technical support for the ServiceNow custom applications and processes.
• Create and maintain ServiceNow Reports and Dashboards
• Interact with and collaborate the work of offshore consultants
• Ability to exercise initiative to resolve and follow-up on problems required
