• Analytical, strategic and strong on driving B2C marketing 5 years
• Functional expertise within Agency or in-house Creative 5+ years
• Relationship management with business partners 4 years
• Understands advertising, digital, and media industry trends/developments and uses this knowledge to present business building ideas for the client and the agency
• Ability to communicate concepts and ideas to others through written, drawn and verbal means, particularly design staff across disciplines and project managers
• Strong creative leader with proven creative and execution
• Ability to present successful live promotional cases with metrics
• Sense of humor

• Gaining/maintaining familiarity with the Fin Tech industry, products, business culture and competition
• Provide creative direction, mentorship, guidance and performance management
• Cooperation with UX/UI team in terms of content and design alignment
• Cooperation with Israel management to provide best practices of market trends and conduct competitive analysis
• Provide support to functional areas focusing on strategic objectives and consistent delivery of the creative product
• Devise and implement strategic marketing direction aligned with business’ goals
• Support the creative team in developing brands, campaigns and individual deliverables
• Liaise with key stakeholders to drive acquisition, retention as well as positive brand reputation
• Identify strategies to achieve and track marketing initiatives on both online/offline channels
• Develop and track key metrics concerning client acquisition, and retention rates
• Be responsible for driving the desired brand image & user experience across various online/offline platforms

Maxitech is looking for Creative Manager to join the team. Maxitech R&D team’s target is developing software solutions maximizing the performance of the core business. Current team size is 60+ people. New products development we start in 2018 requires team to grow for additional 40 people this year. We are looking for experts ready to bring their knowledge and contribute to building the new, best in the class, software product.
Our company headquarter is in Israel. We also have offices in 8 locations worldwide. R&D team is fully concentrated in Kiev.
We don’t do outstaff or outsource, we don’t have a “client” and don’t sell any service. We do qualitative software products to enable the business becoming more efficient and successful.
