You will be responsible for:
• Handling and promptly resolving requests from clients via chat, email or phone
• Registering new clients and leading existing clients from A to Z
• Determining the cause of the problem; selecting and advising the best solution to solve the problem

You will be on the front line helping to ensure our customers have a great experience with the platform and gathering their feedback to help improve our product.
We are an R&D office of large international holding. Maxitech R&D team’s target is developing software solutions maximizing the performance of the core business. Current team size is 60+ people. New products development we start in 2018 requires team to grow for additional 40 people this year.
