Fast-growing product company Maxitech is looking for a Social Media Assistant to join our team.

Requirements:

— At least 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
— Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
— Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices
— Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
— Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
— Good understanding of social media KPIs
— Familiarity with web design and publishing
— Excellent multitasking skills
— Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
— Team player
— Good time-management skills
— Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
— BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field (preferably)
— Excellent command of English

Responsibilities:

— Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
— Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media comments, direct messages and developing discussions
— Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and other
— Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
— Define the most important social media KPIs
— Measure the success of every social media campaign
— Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
— Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
— Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams
— Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
— Work with influencers and use other public relations tools on social media
— Adhere to rules and regulations
— Analyze competitors` activities
— Recommend improvements to increase performance
— Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
