We are looking for a talented Video Scriptwriter to create concise and compelling stories for a variety of video projects. You will join our bright-eyed, bushy-tailed team working closely with your team pals and design team to brainstorm ideas, create video concepts, and develop messaging. But your mission is beyond compare — your creative magic tricks will make our messaging shining and inspiring.

Requirements:

• Proficient English (both written and spoken)
• Knowledge of scriptwriting strategy, its trends and techniques
• 3+ overall experience in video scriptwriting
• 2+ proven experience as a video scriptwriter in the advertising agency
• Solid portfolio of work
• Creativity
• The ability to create believable characters through well-written engaging dialogue
• Understanding of a full cycle of video product development
• Stupendous research skills and a talent for a networking
• Collaborative spirit
• Excellent time management
• Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability
• Good interpersonal skills
• PC confident user
• Experience of work in IT will be a strong plus

Responsibilities:

• Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative video concepts through execution on assigned brands
• Research and understand the client’s needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts, and in-person meetings
• Creating characters, crafting dialogue and writing an engaging plot for videos of different kinds: promotional, explainers, educational, etc.
• Handle the scriptwriting process that tends to involve the following course of action: idea generation and research, planning, character development, and then writing.
• Write every aspect of a script, from the dialogue to its final release.
• Collaborate with a team of account managers and creative staff from concept development to delivery of the final product
• Present video concepts and final deliverables to the internal team, and to client representative as needed, and participate in client pitches on occasion
• Revise video copy based on internal and client feedback/direction
