Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience as a UI designer or similar role
— Understanding of modern UI design principles and methodologies
— Experience in collaboration with designers and developers
— Be familiar with basic UX principles and process
— Effective communication skills in English — you should be able to elicit project details and clearly articulate your design decisions

— Estimate the UI work for potential projects
— Produce necessary UI artifacts (mock-ups, concepts, visual designs, design assets etc.) for hand-off to customer and project team
— Present results to stakeholders and a team, communicate design solutions
— Collaborate closely with customers, user experience designers, developers and other team members to create consistent, engaging user experiences
— Be open to constructive critique from other UX/UI designers
— Be proactive and help to grow strong UI expertise within the team

Maxitech is an R&D office of large international holding, building a portfolio of products linked to each other with the business goals they are addressing. Our project is long term and has stable financing. There are existing solutions for Marketing&Sales departments which are already in production and havе active phase of new functions development as well as start-up products.
