• 3+ years of technology solution-based selling (SaaS, Software Outsourcing, Cloud applications);
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas and goals;
• Experience with consultative sales methodology;
• Technical skills and/or experience in an industrial/technical sales environment;
• Skilled in discovery, conducting presentations, online web demos, and capturing deal progress in Hubspot/Salesforce;
• Highly responsive individual that thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic, and team-oriented environment;

• Demonstrated ability to build credibility and clearly articulate a value proposition;
• In-depth experience with Microsoft/MAC Office tools and CRM software;

• The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for maximizing revenues in order to achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly sales goals through all lead sources;
• As an active participant in an assigned territory, the ISR will participate in coordinated efforts to increase channel mindshare, ensure maximum lead close rate, and optimize the end user experience;
• As a subject matter expert, you maintain thorough knowledge of MaxinAI’s products, and services, in order to sell customers on right MaxinAI’s service;
• New Lead Qualification: Identify and understand the prospect’s business needs and basic systems engineering needs through telephone discussions and written correspondence;
• Effectively deliver demonstration of MaxinAIs services to prospects;
• Demonstrate discipline in pipeline management, sales activity and forecast accurately;
• Constantly learn and adapt to a highly competitive landscape;
• Keeps up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company, and prepares activity and forecast reports as requested;
• Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims while also managing personal time and productivity;
• Attend training to develop relevant product knowledge, sales techniques, and other skills;
• Position requires minimal business travel;
• Come up and implement growth hacking strategies to reach more potential customers;
• Report weekly sales goals and objectives to Commercial Director;
• Create monthly reports containing a robust description of monthly activity, suitable advice and recommendations and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics;
• Propose new and improved sales strategies;
• Make sure things get done.
