• 3+ years of relevant experience in outbound sales;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Excellent written, oral and presentation abilities — must be able to communicate complex ideas in both technical and user-friendly language;

• Data-driven and research-oriented;
• Strategic thought leadership with experience in evaluating consumer insights data;

Обов’язки

• Create a constant flow of leads from outbound sales strategy;
• Market Research to develop lead list;
• Conduct customer, competitor, and product research;
• Come up and implement growth hacking strategies to reach more potential customers;
• Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email;
• Identify prospects that fit the target demographic;
• Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects;
• Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects;
• Report weekly sales goals and objectives to Commercial Director;
• Attend trainings to stay up to date with the specifications of new products and service offerings;
• Create monthly reports containing a robust description of monthly activity, suitable advice and recommendations and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics;
• Propose new and improved outbound sales strategies;
• Make sure things gets done.
