Technical Support Engineer L2-L3

We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer L3.If you are passionate about finding and solving problems, have a passion for working with customers, and are willing to learn new technologies and methods, then welcome to MaxBill!

Responsibilities:

• Interacting with customers for corrections, maintenance and support;
• Troubleshooting of software products;
• Implementation, deployment and support activities for billing and customer service software: CRM, billing and rating.

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in computer/software problem solving or bug detection;
• Experience in software troubleshooting;
• Experience in creating SQL queries;
• Ability to quickly learn and understand the entire system, both server and client side, to troubleshoot issues;
• Strong problem solving/investigative skills;
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (or higher) in Computer Science or similar field;
• Fair upper-intermediate level of English.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with Oracle;
• Experience in QA or developer positions.
