- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in computer science or similar field.
- Experience in external client facing, production environments.
- Experience in software support related field. Production operational support will be considered an asset.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent Business English is preferred.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Standard level of Linux operation.
- Standard SQL syntax proficiency.
- Highly motivated, customer oriented, adaptable personality with eager to learn mindset for new technologies and methodologies.
- Interact with customers to ensure top level customer satisfaction by providing timely and business oriented issue resolution, together with assistance and recommendations to improve the client’s efficiency and quality criteria.
- Provide performance, quality and assurance testing for issues together with change requests going to the end customer.
- Perform maintenance of product software to ensure optimal execution during client Billing operations.
- Assistance and full implementation of customer business requirements together with your team members.
