Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Customer as part of the Help desk Team with the aim of quick identification of the source of problem for incidents/issues which occurred in Production or any testing environments (after its registration and proper analysis) and further elimination (with appropriate experts involvement if it necessary);
• Utilize the monitoring tools for the proactive identification of the potential performance associated with the correct operation of separate services and components problems in Production and testing environments, react on coming alarms;
• As part of the Development Team to participate in implementation, deployment, support, and maintenance activities on Production and testing environments for MB products;
• Manage and configure infrastructure;
• Work closely with development team members to debug and answer questions related to deployment and infrastructure.
