Обов’язки

• Execute and improve main HR processes: onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement and satisfaction, exit management;
• Execute recruitment activities;
• Work with PeopleForce HRM system: populate data and support implementation of its new modules in the company;
• Initialize and facilitate educational and team events;
• Track and suggest improvements to the motivational climate;
• Participate in local and global HR projects;
• Initialize mental health & employee wellbeing activities;
• Support changes in the organizational structure, etc.

MaxBill is a product development company, currently working on the 5th generation of our modern billing MaxBill solution. We have been successfully implementing our solution to support telecommunication, municipalities, transportation, gaming and energy service providers’ growth in highly competitive, rapidly-changing markets.

MaxBill is looking for HR Generalist to join our team. HR Generalist will support creation, review and execution of user-oriented HR processes as of Employee Lifecycle. As part of HR department, you will also have chance to grow and get new experience working with HR systems and contribute to employer branding projects on local and global scale.
