— Strong knowledge of software testing practices;
— Strong computer background and test design skills;

— Manual and automated testing;
— Preparation and support of test documentation;
— Define planning, preparation, and execution procedures for software quality assurance according to industry standards while also developing and executing manual tests as well as automated tests using open source tools;
— Design, document, and execute test plans including functional tests, scenario tests, performance tests, integration tests, system tests and end-to-end tests;
— Ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, prioritized, tracked;
— Estimate, plan, and coordinate testing activities for the projects;
— Mentor more junior members of the team;
