Your Profile
• 3+ years experience writing and editing software documentation
• Proven ability to work independently and in teams
• Experience with user interface design and usability testing
• Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, presentation skills and technical communication skills
• Must have excellent English skills

Your Responsibilities
• Research, write, publish and maintain high-quality documentation and online content, and ensure material is accessible and available to customers.
• Investigate customer and partner use cases, support statistics, and documentation usage metrics to focus priorities and develop documentation solutions.
• Participate in all aspects of documentation development, from product planning through product release.
• Work with other teams to investigate and develop tools and processes to continually efficiency and user accessibility.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content
• Effectively work within established processes and guidelines
• Work with team members to accomplish project goals, participating in remote global calls as needed.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the user documentation strategy.
