• Your work experience includes 3+ year working as a Scrum Master for a software development team
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency
• Ability to solve conflicts efficiently
• High self-motivation and ability to motivate others
• Understand the difference between Agile and Scrum
• Build and care about team spirit
• Ability to learn fast
• Upper Intermediate English, both verbal and written
• Scrum Master certification
• You have first level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I)
• Experience with MS Visual Studio
• Knowledge of the various Software Development Life Cycle methodologies (Agile, Incremental and Iterative, Scrum-ban, Lean, Waterfall)
• Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques (User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing, Agile Games)
• Excellent mentoring skills, strong presentation skills

• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective)
• Strongly serving and supporting a Product Owner and Scrum Team in their quest to do everything possible to achieve the goal
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency
• Supporting and educating a Product Owner
• Participate in improving the team’s engineering practices and tools as needed
• Support and educate the Team, Product Owner and various team members on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
• Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
