We are looking for the person, who can create an atmosphere of happiness from the one side and good processes and order from the other side. And most importantly, we are looking for the person, who can take care. Sincerely. It will be a plus if you interested in IT technologies and ready to listen to talks around that for 8 hours a day.

Our ideas, planning, and tasks are aligned with this ambitious goal. Can you help us to achieve it? Yes, sometimes there will be a routine and invisible work, but this work always is incredibly important and needed!

We are looking for office-manager, in order to strengthen our team and realize more ideas.

This job is for you if you are:

— Self-organized. You can organize and plan your work and don’t need a micromanagement.
Attentive and responsible. You see the screw that sticking out of the wall and find the inaccuracy in calculations.
— Сaring. You enjoy caring about the team, and creating the different little pleasant things for them and improve our office-space.
— Сommunicative. You know how to build the relationships with the team, partners, landlord and how to get the discount in the center.
— Critical thinking. You always ask the questions „why”, „what if”.
— The person with the ability and desire to learn.
— Proactive. We are waiting for your ideas and always willing to implement them together. All of us see the little things around, and we roll up our sleeves and solve it without waiting for approval.

What you will do:

— Office expenses planning and tracking
— Conduct regular inventory — check and tracking
— Equipment + furniture planning and buying process
— Cooperation with office services (delivery, repairment services, cleaning services)
— Travel management (Visas, tickets, booking)
— Prepare gifts for our team and make surprises :)
— Care about swag with our designer (we don’t have the „mass-market” presents: we make the swag with the humor and from the heart)
— Help with relocation to the new office (greening and decorating)
— Help with the organization of the corporate events, business-trips (our colleagues from the USA come to us every 3 months)
— Evolve our team in social activities (Tabletochki, planting trees or cleaning up in the public park. You can choose any ideas :)

Experience in the office-management area isn’t must have. We are looking for „right person”, first and foremost, who can bright the new ideas and help our Matic team. We ready to share our experience, if you want to learn :)

Opportunities: not only about the office management. You can realize your ideas!
We work in a SCRUM process and planned the OKR`s every 3 months, so we can plan our tasks and timetable flexible. We will be happy if you join in event management, Matic brand building (maintain our Instagram page or participation in the meetups)!
