Importance of the role:
We are looking for a Middle Ruby engineer to join our Telephony team. You will work side-by-side with a stable team of experienced developers.
The project is all about establishing contact with our customers through a telephony system. It simplifies and optimizes flows of contact with a customer. It is not a conventional project in terms of operation, as you will have a unique experience with a real-time distribution system.

Day to day duties:
- You will take part in the full product development cycle (define problems, prioritize features, build long-lasting architecture, refactoring)
- Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to ship new, impactful features of our products to the market
- Communicate with our 3rd party partners to work on new and improve the existing API integrations
- Write a lot of code, write a lot of unit tests
Must have skills:
- 2+ years of experience with Ruby and Rails
- Experience in building integration with 3rd party services
- Experience with continuous integration, test automation, and monitoring
- English Intermediate and above. Ability to communicate your thoughts clearly
- Knowledge of OOP and SOLID principles
- Autonomy. The ability to make, own and carry out decisions
- Motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for writing simple, clean, well-tested, and efficient code
- Integrity, reliability, easy-going personality with a good sense of humor
