• At least Bachelor degree in computer science or project management
• At least 4+ years of commercial project management experience
• Experience in delivering complex multi-project products (enterprise segment)
• Experience in requirements clarification, handling scope/schedule change, expectations management.
• Practical experience in using/adjusting Project Management Methodologies to Software Development Projects.
• Understanding of software quality assurance and measurement approaches.
• Good interpersonal skills, including mentoring and performance feedback.
• Understanding of the Source Control, Build, and Deployment Management concepts
• Work experience as part of distributed team.
• Ability to see the big picture willing to find the answers.
• Excellent time management skills, including multi-tasking and prioritization.
• Good analytical skills.

— Challenge business stakeholders for the marketing-valuable requirements, setting SW development priorities, communicating the clear roadmap for product development;
— Arrange communication and related activities for the successful product deliveries;
— Lead scrum development process within team: maintain TFS, dashboards, timetracking, reporting, grooming, planning, EPM project management, etc;
— Facilitate team on requirements gathering: be involved in analysis and planning;
— Define project plan and agree project milestones with stakeholders;
— Setup and follow effective risk management procedures;
— Work together with Technical Leads and QA engineers to ensure projects are delivered on time and of high quality;
— Report projects progress according to the defined communication plan;
— Work actively to maintain positive atmosphere in the team, follow-up on people management and professional people growth;
— Plan rotations, new staffing and participation in interviewing candidates;
