— Coordinate full cycle of the recruitment process (preparation stage — intake meetings, job posting, searching, selection and pre-onboarding)
— Screen candidate resumes, conduct interviews — assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, experience, and soft skills
— Manage relations with stakeholders (technical interviewers, Hiring Managers, recruitment agencies, and candidates)
— Manage Materialise Education Projects (C++ Academy, Medical Engineering School)
— Roles to be focused in the recruitment: C++, .NET, QA manual and automation (C#/Python), FrontEnd, Function Analyst, Python, PM, Architect, iOS, etc.
