— At least Bachelor degree in computer science.
— 3+ years of Project management experience
— Strong understanding of and applied experience with Agile development principles
— Ability to work effectively in a dynamic development environment with matrix reporting structure
— Excellent written and oral communication skills. Fluent English
— GTD person with a good sense of ownership

— Lead agile development process within MatSDK AaaS team
— Facilitate team on requirements gathering; be involved in analysis and planning
— Build project plan and agree project milestones with stakeholders
— Setup and follow effective risk management procedures
— Work together with Technical Leads and QA engineers to ensure projects are delivered on time and of high quality
— Report projects progress on weekly basis

Algo Team at Materialise Office in Kiev develops state-of-the-art algorithms for additive manufacturing and biomedical applications. Developed algorithms become part of Materialise SDK libraries which are used in Materialise software products and services.
We collaborate closely with product teams to ensure our solutions meet product requirements and are turned into effective product features. We provide full support for the developed algorithms which implies assistance in integration, bug fixing, preparing documentation and improving performance and quality on demand. We use Scrum and Kanban in our development process.
