We are looking for a talented and passionate administrative support specialist with good knowledge of English language to join Materialise.
On this position you will be a part of a great international team of professionals who help bring medical innovations to patients across the world.
You will be involved in our Medical device orders, working with our EU customers and supporting the Materialise Medical Business Unit.
Tasks&responsibilities:
Administrative support of Materialise CMF Personalized & Standard implants: creation of quotations, following-up cases and entering orders into the system
Creating internal Purchase requisitions for the Materialise Medical Business Unit upon request
Preparing CRM Responses for the HQ sales team: Customer creation in the CRM system and assigning to the correct Sales Responsible
Working in MS CRM, SalesForce, MS Finance and Operations and other internal systems
You will be working with various internal departments (Account managers, Clinical engineers, Finance teams)
Specific knowledge/skills:
Work experience on administrative positions is a plus
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Working proficiency in English is a must (verbal & written)
German or French language knowledge is a plus
High attention to detail
Team player with ability to work in a self-organized and responsible way
