Administrative Specialist (English speaking) (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a talented and passionate Administrative Specialist with the knowledge of English to join Materialise.

On this position you will be a part of a great international team of professionals who help bring medical innovations to patients across the world.

You will be involved in our Medical device orders, working with our EU customers and supporting the Materialise Medical Business Unit.

Responsibilities:

You will be involved in Medical Software and Device sales operations for the EMEA region:

• Creating quotations and follow-up with the customer
• Processing orders: correct acceptance and processing in internal systems according to rules and work instructions, invoice initiation, follow-up
• Follow-up of shipments (MED devices)/ License generation and sending of license activation instructions (MED Software)
• Communication with the customers and internal sales teams
• Working in CRM, SalesForce and other internal systems

Your profile:

• Customer support or work on administrative positions experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Working proficiency in English is a must (verbal & written)
• Knowledge of French is a plus
• Customer oriented
• Ability to work independently in a self-organized and punctual way
• High attention to detail
• Enthusiastic, dedicated and driven by collaborating with colleagues and customers
