—Support Global IT services on the level of 1st line of support;
—Responsible for managing SD queue (HEAT);
—Providing accesses to business applications;
—Limited functional support (application);
—Preparing manuals and filling the knowledge base.
— Knowledge of Microsoft applications;
— Experience in support teams;
— English: upper-intermediate;
— Good communication skills;
— Customer-oriented and team player.
As a plus:
— Knowledge of ITSM tools for registration tickets;
— Experience with business application.
