As HR Business Partner you will be a part of the Global HR team, and one of 3 local HR Business Partners in the Ukrainian office. You will be working within the local market as HRBP and responsible for the Learning and Development part.

Responsibilities:

As HR Business Partner you will be responsible for:

— Customize global policies and guidelines or define & implement local ones fitting into the global company
— Talent acquisition activities, driving the recruitment & selection process and hiring new employees
— Implementation of leadership and learning programs and practices
— Follow-up and apply (local) legislation to be compliant
— Driving and coordinating HR processes, ie performance management, talent reviews, the salary review process, manpower budget

From the Learning and Development side you will be responsible for:

— L&D design and develop strategic talent solutions, providing expertise and methodologies to the HRBP’s and Leadership to manage our talent in an optimized way
— Creating a culture of continuous learning & growth through learning programs that are aligned with the organization’s objectives and employee needs
— Define a yearly plan and manage the yearly global budget in the most effective way
— Procurement of cost-effective programs and building relationships with 3rd learning /training providers
— Using different styles of training & learning techniques
— Acting as the go to within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development plans
— Giving/organizing trainings in HR topics to (new) people managers
— Defining approach & methodologies/coordination of the yearly talent review & performance management processes & provide a consolidated output
— Provide HR analytics based on talent management outputs


Requirements:

— A representative of a multi-national community and international company, preferably the IT industry of Ukraine
— A minimum of 5 years of HRBP; experience working closely with the executive leadership team
— Demonstrated ability to successfully partner with business group leaders to develop and implement human resources strategies
— Experience working in companies with multiple geographical locations across the globe, possessing sound judgment and strong business acumen
— Experience working with virtual teams
— Ability to manage complex organizational issues and multi-task effectively
— Stellar leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
— English level — fluent
