  • Support Global IT services on the level of 1st line of support;
  • Responsible for managing SD queue (HEAT);
  • Providing accesses to business applications;
  • Limited functional support (application);
  • Incident management;
  • Service request management;
  • Preparing manuals and filling the knowledge base.


  • 1+ years of experience in technical support;
  • Knowledge of business application;
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools for registration tickets;
  • Basics of ITIL;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications;
  • Experience in support teams;
  • English: Upper — intermediate;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Customer-oriented and team player.

Will be a plus

  • Preferred education field: Computer Science.
