Responsibilities

• Elicitation & collaboration with Different types of Stakeholders;
• Business needs identification, requirements modelling, propose solution out of the box;
• Preparation functional requirements for projects and requests;
• System configuration;
• Perform simple technical tasks (add extra fields with simple business logic and etc.);
• Testing of new configurations;
• Validation process organisation;
• Users consultancy and support;
• Handle tickets as a second Level support engineer;
• Follow Change and Release processes;
• Release notes preparation;
• Cooperation with Technical writer in preparation of user documentation;
• Tasks management (TFS).

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Functional analysis/Business analysis;
• Confident experience of preparation of user stories, user manuals, release notes;
• Be able to adapt requirements to both technical and business languages;
• Experience with the preparation of different types of products and project documentation;
• Experience with orginising validation (user acceptance testing);
• Logical and analytical thinking- Independent research on solutions;
• Willing to collaborate both with business and developers;
• Critical thinking and detail orientation & Self organized;
• Upper-intermediate English.

Will be a plus

• Experience in ERP will be a big advantage;
• Technical background will be an advantage (experience with SoftWare App Development or configuration);
• Education: computer sciences/math or similar.
