Customer Support Officer (Germany and Switzerland) (вакансія неактивна)

Requirements:

— Experience in Customer Service in the international company, understanding of supporting and ordering process;
— Advanced, Upper-Intermediate level of speaking and writing English and German is a must;
— Proven time management, strong organizational and follow up skills;
— Proactive, customer focused, self-motivated and responsible;
— Communication with impact (strong communication skills);
— Problem solving attitude;
— Experience with CRM system is a plus.

Responsibilities:

— Communication with customers (Email and Phone);
— Processing of projects: from the order intake to the delivery;
— Close collaboration with 3D printing production and Sales team;
— Internal software improvement in collaboration with development team (meetings, suggestions, feedback) and support system development in collaboration with colleagues in Belgium.
