— 3+ years experience as a Technical Support Engineer preferably in IT
— Upper-intermediate level of speaking, writing and reading English is a minimum
— Knowledge of ITSM tools for registration tickets
— Knowledge basics of ITIL
— Knowledge of Microsoft applications and business application
— Experience with end-user support
— Independent, customer-oriented, analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
