• 2+ years of experience in IT project management
• Knowledge of fundamental theory of project management ( schedule management, resource management, scope management, management of stakeholders expectations, risk management, quality management, change management)

• Create and lead a process that looks at strategic resource planning and prioritization for software products
• Work with one or more delivery teams that include developers, QA, analysts, UI/UX designer
• Coordinate new work with product managers, technical leads and other project managers to ensure tasks have clear requirements and are prioritized appropriately
• Follow up on dependencies and remove blockers so the team can run efficiently
• Manage customer expectations, deliver projects within scope and budget, and mitigate issues that may interfere with project success
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously (from time to time)
• Perform project control activities, including but not limited to, creating and maintaining detailed project plans, weekly status reports, project health KPIs
• People management: Performance management, one-to-ones, translate business goals to the personal objectives
• Sprint planning and backlog grooming, retrospective
• Prepare project artifacts (docs, reports, KPIs, etc)

From there you can export your 3D data to a wide range of output formats and engineering applications; such as FEA, design, surgical simulation, additive manufacturing and more.
