Product tech stack: React, Next.js, Typescript, Node.js, React Native, Apollo GraphQL, Postgresql, Sequelize, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS (lambda, sqs, opensearch, dynamodb, EKS, redshift, and other).

What will you need to succeed

• Commercial experience in JavaScript (React and Node.js) — 3+ years;
• Experience in leading people- 1+ years;
• Experience with HTML/CSS, TS, React, Node.js, SQL, AWS;
• Getting things done attitude;
• English: upper-іntermediate or higher.

Your advantage will be

• Experience with NextJS, experience with GraphQL (server and client) and Websockets;
• Experience with the serverless framework;
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes.

Your tasks will be

• Lead the development team, which consists of 6 developers;
• Help each developer do their best work and build a culture of high performance and care about quality;
• Optimize and improve existing solutions;
• Creation of design docs and hands-on development of new features E2E.

Examples of projects

• Improve code editor experience for users (AI Helper integration, better errors explanation, etc);
• Social features in our product (tasks discussion, forum);
• Implementation of dark mode on a platform;
• Managing notification center.

Your team

You will lead Activation team which consist of 6 developers Mid and Sen level. The team works with the core of our product LMS (Learning Management System) and responsible for developing platform view, code editor, the application process, LMS content, etc). They responsible for activation users and converting them to students. Your direct manager will be Vadim Ilchenko, our best CTO ever!
