We are looking for a reliable and proactive Chief Accountant, who is ready to join us for a full-time position.
This position involves a hybrid work format and a two-week onboarding in the Kyiv office.

What will you need to succeed

• Accountant experience 5+ years;
• Good experience with Excel/Google Sheets;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Experience in end to end cycle of month close and management reporting;
• Knowledge of Accounting and Tax accounting reporting of Ukrainian tax legislation;
• Experience working with different EU jurisdictions;
• English Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Will Be a Plus

• Experience working with Dia City and/or accounting system ERP Dynamics NAV/365;
• Getting financial qualifications in the process (ACCA, CFA, CIMA).

Your Tasks Will Include

• Daily bookkeeping of transactions to the accounting system, for UA, Polish, Brazil, and Cyprus entities under IFRS;
• Performing day-to-day financial operations;
• Verification of salary/ rewards calculation;
• Tax reporting and compliance in Ukraine and assist with tax reporting in Cyprus, Poland, Brazil and European legislation (VAT, OSS and other relevant taxes);
• Month close of local and Group accounts and support management reporting;
• Control activities over primary documents quality and existence;
• Participation in annual audit;
• KYC/compliance, regular communication with banks and other partners, and keeping the company’s agreements updated;
• Lead improvement for accounting system (ERP Dynamics NAV/365);
• Supporting private entrepreneurs, gigs in various capacities (operational, registrations, banking), and advising top management on accounting and operational matters;
• Manage junior accountant.
