As HR Manager (senior role) you will play a key role in ensuring that our employees feel welcomed, supported, and engaged from day one. You will also have the chance to use your creativity to plan and organize events that create a sense of community and foster team spirit.
We are looking for our HR in Kyiv, for being able to visit our office sometimes.

Required skills:

  • At least 5 years of HR manager experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in building HR processes in a company from scratch
  • Proven experience in onboarding/offboarding, event planning, and policy-making
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to think creatively and solve problems
  • No less than upper-intermediate English (you will create policies and have day-to-day communication in English)
  • Experience in managing office administration function
  • Preferably, have experience interacting with international offices and influencing their HR processes.

Your tasks will be to:

  • Build a personnel management function from scratch in the company
  • Polishing onboarding and offboarding processes as well as executing them
  • Organizing team buildings and other team events
  • Organizing promo committee ceremonies and ensuring fair outcomes
  • Organizing and owning the agenda of weekly all-hands meetings
  • Providing employees engagement surveys about their satisfaction with working in our company
  • Address complaints and resolve them by implementing innovative solutions
  • Create company policies that will encourage a healthy work environment
  • Preparing/organizing gifts for the birthdays and anniversaries of our employees
  • Supervising office administration with the assistance of our exceptional office manager.
