Direct communications between a team and a client, potential trips to the client’s office
Constant development and training sessions

Leading projects in Scrum
Preparing project plans and specs
Informing the team about the goals of the project, supporting communications, motivating and creating a positive atmosphere
Daily meetings and creating demos for the clients
Timely reports and keeping the deadlines
Handling retrospectives
