As we expand our QA community of experts, we are seeking a proactive and communicative QA Engineer with hands-on experience testing AI and LLM-based projects. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the quality of next-generation conversational AI-driven solutions, ensuring their quality, reliability, and responsible behavior.
Required background and skills
- 3+ years of solid experience in software testing
- Proven experience testing AI/ML or LLM-based systems (chatbots, NLP pipelines, RAG, model outputs, etc.)
- Experience evaluating AI outputs: correctness, consistency, hallucinations, edge cases, safety, and user experience
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies, including test design, execution, and reporting
- Knowledge of test-design techniques such as Exploratory, Boundary Value, and Equivalence Class Testing
- Basic understanding of databases and working with test data
- Test automation experience is a significant advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the team and the stakeholders
- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly test AI/LLM-driven features and validate model behavior
- Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements
- Design and maintain test documentation, including test cases, checklists, and other relevant materials
- Proactively identify and report potential defects, bugs, and usability issues
- Thoroughly analyze test results, document findings, and provide clear and concise bug reports
- Collaborate closely with developers to resolve defects and ensure the timely implementation of fixes
- Work actively with team members and stakeholders to fully understand project requirements and ensure alignment with testing activities
- Take ownership of your work and consistently contribute to the quality and success of the product
